Pricing shown for demo products is indicative and confirmed only once a real project is scoped.
The design, branding, copy, and code of this website belong to Tech Warrior Limited unless otherwise credited. For paid project engagements, ownership of the delivered code and assets transfers to the client on final payment, as set out in Section 5 and confirmed in your specific project agreement — consistent with the ownership commitment described on our About page.
These general terms apply once you start a paid project with us. The specifics — scope, price, timeline, and deliverables — are confirmed in a separate written proposal or contract for that project, which takes precedence over anything here if the two conflict.
Payment terms are agreed per project and stated in your proposal or invoice. Prices on this site (including the "from KES 15,000" website design pricing) are starting prices in Kenya Shillings and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Late payment may pause active work until the account is current.
This website and its content are provided "as is."
